Three tools built for the full arc of a maker's workflow — from planning your production to pricing your work to tracking your sales at the market.
Plan your full production timeline from throwing to packaging — accounting for drying, firings, studio closures, and real life.
Calculate exactly what each piece costs to make — and what you need to charge to pay yourself fairly and hit your revenue goals.
Track what you make in the studio, what sells on the day, and how your revenue stacks up against your goal — all in one place.
Each tool handles a different stage of your market cycle. Use them together and you'll always know what to make, what to charge, and whether it's working.
These tools were built out of a genuine frustration with spreadsheets and guesswork. As a ceramic artist and project manager, I kept noticing that makers — myself included — were underpricing their work, losing track of production, and leaving money on the table at markets.
The Studio Tools Suite is my attempt to fix that with something simple, honest, and actually useful in the studio and at the booth. No accounting background required.
