Three tools, one workflow

Each tool handles a different stage of your market cycle. Use them together and you'll always know what to make, what to charge, and whether it's working.

1
Plan your production
Set your event date and piece count. The scheduler builds a day-by-day timeline from throwing through final packaging, accounting for drying and firing phases.

2
Price your work
Enter your costs and the tool calculates what you should charge — factoring in materials, studio overhead, your labor, and a safety buffer. No guesswork.

3
Track the market
Tally pieces as you make them, then track sales at the market. Afterward, see exactly what sold, what's leftover, and whether you hit your revenue goal.
Make to Market

Built by a maker, for makers

These tools were built out of a genuine frustration with spreadsheets and guesswork. As a ceramic artist and project manager, I kept noticing that makers — myself included — were underpricing their work, losing track of production, and leaving money on the table at markets.

The Studio Tools Suite is my attempt to fix that with something simple, honest, and actually useful in the studio and at the booth. No accounting background required.
